By purchasing from our Site, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that no item is brand new or in mint factory condition, regardless of whether the item has undergone professional restoration, refinishing, repair, reupholstery, or modification prior to sale.
• Character, Wear, and Flaws: Due to the age and pre-owned nature of our inventory, items will inherently show signs of prior use, age-appropriate wear, and unique character marks. These may include, but are not limited to: subtle scratches, surface blemishes, patina, structural aging, color variations, or minor repair marks. Such characteristics are inherent to vintage and restored furniture and are not considered manufacturing defects or damages.
• Descriptions and Visuals: We strive to describe and photograph each item accurately, including notable wear or defects. However, photography and screen settings may slightly alter colors, grain patterns, or finishes. It is your responsibility to review all description details, measurements, and high-resolution photos before completing your purchase.
• "As-Is" Vintage Sale: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all items are sold on an "As-Is, As-Described" basis reflecting their vintage or used status.

• Pricing and Availability: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
• Accuracy of Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our store. You agree to promptly update your account details, including your email address and payment method information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 Delivery dates are negotiated with each buyer. Next Grain Home is not liable for delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside of our reasonable control.

• Customer Responsibility for Safety and Installation: You acknowledge and agree that vintage, mid-century, heavy, tall, or freestanding furniture (including, but not limited to, dressers, credenzas, bookcases, wall units, shelving systems, mirrors, and headboards) carries an inherent risk of tipping or falling if not properly positioned, anchored, or installed. Next Grain Home does not provide professional installation, wall anchoring, or home mounting services. It is strictly your sole responsibility to ensure that all items are securely placed, properly balanced, and safely anchored to a wall or structural support where appropriate, especially in homes with children or pets.
• Assumption of Risk: By purchasing and placing an item in your home or property, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the assembly, placement, usage, instability, or tip-over of any item purchased from the Site.
• Waiver and Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby expressly release, waive, hold harmless, and forever discharge Next Grain Home, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damages, personal injuries, property damage, or death arising out of or related to:
  
  1. The tipping, falling, collapsing, or movement of any furniture or item purchased from us;
  2. The failure to properly anchor, secure, or install any item;
  3. Any modifications, repairs, or restorations made to the item before or after purchase.

• The Site and all products delivered to you through the Site are (except as expressly stated by us) provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
• In no case shall Next Grain Home, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, personal injury, bodily harm, or property damage—resulting from your use of the Site or any products procured using the Site, including the installation, placement, or tipping over of any product.
